A total of 195 brands and 204 batches of merchandise were collected for the quality of underwear and bedding products. According to national standards, formaldehyde emission, pH value, color fastness and other items were detected. There were 15 batches of unsatisfactory monitoring results. The failure rate was 7.35%.
Compared with the monitoring results of similar products last year, the monitoring results showed a slight decline in the rate of failure. In 2011, 174 batches of similar products were monitored, 17 batches were unqualified, and the failure rate was 9.77%. The rate of failure decreased. 2.42%. The main reasons are as follows: First, the industry and commerce departments have continuously strengthened the supervision of commodity quality in circulation, and implemented grid supervision. The coverage rate of inspections of key commodity operators has reached 100%. Second, commercial enterprises actively promoted the quality inspection system such as the inspection system for moving goods and the system of delisting of unqualified goods, and strictly controlled the purchase of goods. Third, the quality consciousness of production enterprises has been continuously improved.
At present, Changchun City Administration for Industry and Commerce has asked the operators to immediately stop the sale of unqualified products and delist the market. In addition, the Changchun Administration for Industry and Commerce reminded consumers that when purchasing textile products, they should do “one review, two visits, three touches and four scansâ€.
Investigate the identification of goods (tags, tags), whether the name, address, composition, and specifications of the goods are complete and standardized;
Second, look at the appearance of the product, whether the work is fine, and whether the color is suitable;
Three touch product feel, whether the fabric is soft, smooth, stretch performance is good;
Four smell the smell of goods, whether there is a pungent odor.
