The environmentally-friendly paint printing and dyeing adhesive project developed by the radiation polymerization method jointly undertaken by Anhui University Tianfu New Material Co., Ltd. and Anhui Tianyan Radiation Co., Ltd. has passed the expert appraisal organized by the Science and Technology Department of Anhui Province.
The project uses in-situ emulsion polymerization process to prepare waterborne acrylate-polyurethane environmentally friendly printing and dyeing adhesive series using Co60-γ radiation, which is free of formaldehyde and APEO. The production process of this product is advanced, and there is no “three wastes†in the production process, which meets environmental protection requirements and national industrial policies. The products are tested by Anhui Fiber Inspection Bureau and Shanghai Tianxiang Company (specified testing unit of EU standard in China), without formaldehyde and APEO. The products have been well received by users and can meet the requirements for the use of infant clothing.
Experts agreed that the project has broad market prospects, good economic and social benefits, and technology is at the leading level in China.
